What are some good exercises for belly fat, especially if you want a flatter stomach speedily?</p>

<p><i>Answer by raymundo</i><br/>I like to do crunches to tone my muscles.  To get rid of belly fat and to make it flatter, I would run at least 1 mil per day.  By this time, you should be able to see some results after a week or so.  Another alternative would be supplements to keep your physical shape the way you want it to be.  This is what I do to help me keep in shape when I don&#8217;t have time to excercise.</p>

Its designed to figure out what YOU need to do specifically to guarantee fat loss. You see everyone only has so many hours a week with which they can work out. I understand this. At the time of this video being made it is currently 3:14AM. Since we&#8217;re pressed for time, when we work out we better do the right exercises to guarantee weight loss. We have no business doing aerobics classes or pilates or yoga or whatever when you got to get your sexy on! The less time you work out, the more intense the time you work out has to be.
