Stomach sticking out a bit on a skinny people is normal. You look good and do not worry.</p>

What are some good exercises for belly fat, especially if you want a flatter stomach speedily?</p>

<p><i>Answer by raymundo</i><br/>I like to do crunches to tone my muscles.  To get rid of belly fat and to make it flatter, I would run at least 1 mil per day.  By this time, you should be able to see some results after a week or so.  Another alternative would be supplements to keep your physical shape the way you want it to be.  This is what I do to help me keep in shape when I don&#8217;t have time to excercise.</p>
