Free Diet Meal Plan -I wanted to share with you one of my special free diet meal plan that I absolutely love. Surprisingly, it comes in the form of a salad, but it is freaking awesome.
I know the girls will love this. But for the guys….don’t just think this pansy little salad will make you less of a man! Its more like a salad on steroids!
This salad is not really low in calories, its not low in fat, its not low in carbs….but it is super high in everything that is really good for you.! Its full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that’s will keep appetite satisfied for hours. And when your satisfied and full of nutrients, there are nooo cravings for sweets or super fatty snacks.
Ok, Heres the Free Diet Meal Plan
approx 1-2 cups spinach leaves
approx 1-2 cups mixed leaf lettuce
shredded or shaved carrots
half of a ripe avocado, diced
2 hard boiled eggs
3 Tbsp chopped pecans
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Top with homemade dressing made of 75% balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil 15% extra virgin olive oil, and 10% Udo’s Choice Oil Blend 32-Ounces
Mix it all together and you’ve got a superb free diet meal plan that is completely nutritious and delicious.
Wash it all down with a glass of cold green tea a small amount of natural sweetener.
Ok, now lets look at the nutrient breakdown:
Protein, 23g., Carbs 48 g., Fiber 12 g., Fat 45 g., Calories 650
Now remember, this diet meal plan is using the portions that are right for me. I am an active man that needs almost 3,000 calories a day. So if your caloric needs are only 2,000, then scale back the portions .
So, lets talk about the fat in this salad. It seems like it is high in fat, but every drop of it is in the form of healthy fats. From the pecans, the olive oil, the Udos oil, the eggs, and even the avocado.
How about the carbs? Well, out of a total of 48 grams, you’ve got 12 grams of fiber. That’s a pretty good ratio. Also, the healthy fats and protein in this meal will slow down the carbohydrate digestion, giving you a healthy glycemic response and steady controlled blood sugar.
Now how about the protein. 23 grams is pretty good. But it gets better. 14 grams of this come from the highly bio available protein from the boiled eggs. Also the healthy fats increase the utilization of your protein. This means that since your body has so many nutrients in it, that it does not need to use the protein for energy. So your body uses the energy for building muscle.
With this free diet meal plan, you’ve got a healthy mix of good fats, good carbs, quality protein, and an insane amount of vitamins minerals and antioxidants.
